Meet & Greet
Once you contact us we can set up an initial meeting which is free of charge. We want to get to know you and your needs, discuss choice and control over your plan, and give you an opportunity to ask questions about us and the services we provide.
Sign On
Once you’ve had a chance to get to know us you can decide whether you want our expert team to go to work for you. If you decide to go ahead, we will walk you through the sign-on process with efficiency so you can enjoy the benefits of your plan sooner.
Plan Implementation
This is where we bring our years of knowledge and experience to the table to help you choose the best value and quality service providers to meet your needs. Your goals take centre stage and we work tirelessly to give you the best outcomes.
Support Implementation
Once the foundation for your plan has been established we’ll get a wriggle on actively contacting your supports and getting you connected. We proactively keep an eye on your progress and we check in with you regularly & make adjustments as needed.
Jules is a very devoted and sincere support coordinator through NDIS.
